I would go with Heatrange 8.
I have had good experience with NGK 4554.

+1 for heat range 8.. IIRC BKR8 EIX will work fine at those levels..

4554s don't have resistors. So if your car stalls or hiccups funny that is the reason. Not recommend unless you have AEM and can have it modified to amplify the cam sensor signal.
Go with the NGK iridiums 8.
