What is the difference in a "cast" mainfold and a turbo header for a single?

What is the difference in a "cast" mainfold and a turbo header for a single?

Please this is very important....

A cast manifold is not as efficient as a "tubular" style headers. All the tubes are unequal. Also, you can't weld cast iron!
