what kind of targa bolts to use?

i searched and found out how to replace the targa bolts but is there any special kind of bolts to use? should i just go to a bolt shop and match them with new ones? or some special toyota ones?

I'm debating if I should weld some "T-bars" to the targa bolts so I won't have to use the tool anymore. As long as there are no fitment problems when I put the targa in the trunk, I think I may try this because my bolts are on their way out.
