What's your setting on your boost controler? :)
I have HKS EVC-IV on a stock twin. I was wondering what everyone else has on theirs. I have the low set at 1.0 and higt at 1.4.

I have my DSBC set at 16, 17, 18, and 20 psi with the limiter set at 1.30 kg/cm^2.

hey danny, does your EVC IV actually make the correct boost that you program for?

I just installed mine it wont hit my target boost pressure.

I have to set the EVC to 1.6 bar to hit 1.2 bar.

even with the offset dialed all the way down to 50 it wont hit the target boost.

the weird thing is that I dont have a boost leak. when I pull the wastegate lines I hit the normal 18-21 psi.

im just wondering how you had your EVC installed?

did you just cap off the VSV and 2nd wastegate nipple?

or did you go the other route and hook it up to the pressure tank?

I think mines off too. But, my problem is that it give me same amount of boost both high and low. I just haven't figure out how to work this thing yet. :)
SP did all the installations on my car. I don't know how they did it.

my EVC IV is off as well.
I have it set for 1.0 and 1.35 kg/cm^2. I usually get about 18 psi peak on each setting (according to my SPI gauge).
It used to work better but somehow got re-set and I can't get it right again.???

Same here. I try to play with it this afternoon and I think I screwed it up too. :(
Can anyone give me some numbers I should see on this thing? and may be a quick lesson on setting? :D
