Just wondering what size is the hose that leads to the radiator.
I want to cut it and insert a pipe to join the cut hoses . And thread a water temp sensor into the pipe.
I had asked before, about what would a good place to install a water temerature sesnor would be (in case ther are any factory plug holes that could be used), Or if the stock sensor can be tapped electrically wihtout affecting the readin to the ecu. But didn't get a responce
I figured maybe I can do it thisway :dunno:

The inside diameter of my couplings are 1.5"

Not sure if it's a good place or not but I tapped my factory drain plug on the block itself and it reads just fine there.

No, passenger side to the rear of the block.
It's fairly easy to get to. (You have to remove your heatshield though for us NA's)
The tapping of the plug itself though was a bit tricky.
Had a friend help with that.

That would work...but the most accurate readings would be where kmn5 is trying to access.
