52mm or 60mm? I do not want to cut into the dash, I might want to put back the air vent later on.

you have to bust out the little directional things, then the guage fits in perfectly and you can pivot it around to get it just perfect

I took out my air vent (ball thingy) and left in the cup the vent pivoted in. I wrapped the gauge in weather stripping, stuffed it into the cup and made sure it was flush with the dash. It almost looks stock, this is with the 60mm Greddy boost gauge.
