what is a "desired force line"

This is the instructions for the Antenna Rewire from the SOGI site.

Procedure:
Disconnect the power antenna from the wiring harness.

Do not make any modifications to the factory wiring harness.

Make the modification on the antenna side of the harness.

Use a small screwdriver to remove the spade lug of the blue wire with light green stripe from the connector.

Cut off the spade lug.

Connect antenna wire to the desired force line.

Use a Scotch-Lock connector to splice the blue/green wire into the blue wire with the black stripe.

Reconnect the antenna connector to the factory wiring harness.

I'm confused in what you're describing. Are you just trying to connect you're antenna so you can lower it with the flip of a switch manually if you're going fast, and let it run automatically like normal otherwise?
