Well since I truly love my car and it has a lot of sentimental value to it, I probably wouldn't let her go for anthing less than $200. I know it's not an expensive MKIV like your '97 but a '85 MKIII.

SOLD! Haha but realistically speaking, I'd let go of my baby if I was offered a large sum of profit over what I paid for. Anything over 10 grand would close the deal right away! I think it's harder for guys who are still fortunately on their first cars. Once you either crash or sell the first and get another one it's 10x easier to entertain offers.

i think that probably holds true in most everyone's case

my dad was the original owner and its now mine, not like i can just say im done and sell it away. first cars are much harder to sell. i dont think mine is going anywhere

but if i was on my 2nd or 3rd, yeah, i might have a change more often, and thats not uncommon to see around here. people changing supras

Let me put it this way, if I sell now, I would expect to get no less than 40-60k for her. If I hold on and keep her as close to bone stock as possible, in 15-20 years, she'll be the first collectible Supercar from Japan. I've chosen to have fun with my Pooprah for another 20 years before even considering a sale...
