It is real close to the E but it depends on if I'm on a hill and/or accelerating. I don't know where the sensor is in the tank, but those things affect it.GRIFF said:

I am trying to fix my fuel guage and adjust it to where it is accurate. I have it right now where the fuel level makes the light come on. Where doese your needle sit at right when you light comes on..THANKS!!!!!!.............GRIFF

Mine is weird, it tends to come on at a little lower than a quarter tank and then goes off till im almost to the E. Does any one else have this happen??

Mine is about the same, but usually comes on well above E during spirited driving.VickSupra said:

I think (don't know) that maybe the sensor is closer to the front of the car, causing it to register low if you go uphill or accelerate (slosh fuel to the back).
