For road racing, Denver area has-

Second Creek, near the Denver airport

Mead, north of Denver on I-25

PPIR, south of Colorado Springs

Pueblo, in Pueblo, south of Colorado Springs

Thanks Jeff. I was able to find some of these online. none seemed to have any elevation change, etc. I guess I've been spoiled so far living not far from VIR, Buttonwillow, and Willow Springs...
