Where in San Diego/L.A. can I have my rack and pinion rebuilt?

My seals are leaking and I need to have it rebuilt. Anyone have any suggestions on any local shops and price? BTW its a 97 TT.

Sorry I stay away from rebuilding racks. If it were me I would just get a reman from toyota and get a warranty. I have seen way to many poorly rebuilds that leak in a short amount of time and never feel right.

I also see that Napa sells a reman rack and pinion. A new one from Toyota will cost a leg and an arm, not including labor!

Thanks Mike that will work! You have any good/bad experience with there reman parts? I think I might need a steering pump also due to a whining noise coming from it while idling and steering left/right.
