Well here is the deal.. I have had a rough idle and fouond no vaccum leaks. friend of mine who is a tech, notice that my passenger side air vents were on even when i just had the heat on the floor. he said its the pressure tank that has the leak and the heat/a/c is just going to a defult mode pretty much. I want to check it out but i can't find it . I tried tracing the diagram under the hood and got no where. help guys!

Just wondering, our cars dont use engine vacume to change heating vents, does it? I know mine doesnt, its all electric...

no, im almost possitive our cars dont use one. they are often call a pressure accumulator...

I know the MKIV n/as do, its labled on the diagram under the hood "Pressure Tank", i just can't trace it down..

It's under the intake manifold on the drivers side. Can't really see it to well unless you remove the intake manifold from the head.
