·Drivers side behind the front wheel.
it can be a major pita to change, make sure you use a flare nut wrench so you don't strip the nut.

·Perhaps. It is a big hassle, and you run the risk of stripping the nuts and being in real trouble.
BTW, a fuel filter change is the best time to do the fuel damper bypass mod.
