I need new endtanks for a 24x12x3 intercooler. They basically need to be like the hks type s (the design of the endtanks), they need to have 3" in/outlets. Thanks

Do you not want to use HKS end tanks? They have a bunch shown in their printed catalog and at this link but I didn't see pics online: http://www.hksusa.com/products/?id=726 I'm sure there are other sources but I haven't shopped around.
