Like 30 bucks from O'Reillys. I think you won't get a core charge if you bring in the old one. I can't remember after my replacement of the core exchange thing, just the cheap price, and
how much of a PITA it was to install and remove. GL with the install, you'll need it.

removing that was nothing. the oil lines on the turbo are what a true PITA is.
is O'Reillys a place online or?
thanks,

On the 88's are the retaining nuts on the engine bay firewall, or on the firewall inside the cabin? http://www.oreillyauto.com/EW3/

I bought the cheap one off eBay for $29. It looks and works decent enough. I just wish the lid sealed tighter. It doesn't leak but seems like it should take more effort to remove.

Edit:
You could use the cap from your old one. Also you might be able to get a kit and just replace the guts.

-Curt, do you have the rebuild kit?
my local toyota dealer wanted like $60 for the rebuild kit and $135 for the new one.

how hard is it to rebuild them?
thanks,
Ryan

The rebuild kit is as simple as adding oil. :)
