i believe the supra store said "work equip" wheels do. I'm not completely sure.

I don't know if they are the biggest, but Blitz wheels have huge lips on them.

any 11.5 wheels will have huge lip. 3.5 to 4"
but because of the off set it'll be hard to get any bigger unless you have widebody.
