when i bought my car the guy that built the motor said he bored the cylinders 30 or 40 thousands oversized but doesn't remember which. since im replacing the head im going to get a new metal head gasket, it already has arp studs and hks metal head gasket.

what im asking is what size bore would i need for each size? horsepowerfreaks sells 86mm hks head gaskets. would that be ok?

thanks.

Get a mic after it. There's a few places in Nashville that are good with engine rebuilds/machining. One is by the fairgrounds (can't remember the name though). I'll try to find it for you.

ok i figured this out. it has wiseco pistons so it has to be
.040 over. with that the cylinder has an 84mm bore and the hks headgasket has an 86mm bore. so this should work correct? also which should i use stopper or bead type?
