The shop who drilled into my intercooler pipe really messed up because they made the hole bigger than 1/8" and rigged the nozzle screw on, ha. Now I have to fix it myself and am wondering what you all recomand I do about the messed up hole? Should a tig weld a peice of aluminum on top of the messed up hole? What you think?

That is what I will do.

Also, could i thread the new hole i drill through the intercooler pipe? I want to think that i could thread the new whole and screw in the new peice to the intercooler pipe?
