my one rim looks jacked, clear coat all chipping off and looks like doo doo


i want someone to either polish all the anodizing off and clear coat....or re anno it, i just want it to look like it used to....

anyone around here do that? i called a few shops but they acted like noone has ever had this problem in this lifetime except me.... thanks!
