im not talking about factory, im talking about after a mhg and arps

deck not surfaced properly when gasket changed
head not surfaced properly when gaset changed
head not hardness tested and head posibly soft (seen it a few times)
incoffect torque settings, pattern

has anyone experimennted with drilling out the waterjacket hold in the back of the head that the block and the gasket has but the head dosnt have??

good point, and i will add all head gaskets fail if given enuff time.....

i side note, poor cooling and coolant quality and drecrease life.....I estimate that a genuine "toyota" untouched 7m can get 80k to 250k depending on how well the coolant sysyem was maintained......

I recommend checking for loose head botls every 50-80k........
