How many different sizes for sprayers are there for the mk3? I ordered a pair from Aaron @ DM and they were literally twice the size of my stock one's. I don't have my original hood, my original came up on me and I tossed it. I have a GTE hood off an 88 (my car is an 87) but the old hood and the current hood had IDENTICAL sprayers.

The one's I got from DM are almost twice the size and are a different design altogether. Needless to say, the hole for the sprayer won't accomodate the one I got from DM even after cutting it down and sanding it to try for a fit.

Here's the pair they sell at DM

the hole for the sprayers on the hood are different from pre89 and 89+, shave down the new ones or make the hole bigger, he probably sent you the "upgraded" nozzels which have a better spray pattern. I think they are from the toyota camry.

shaving down the nozzles may lose the "clips" to hold it in, yet making the holes bigger in the hood may lead to rusting. i would make the holes bigger and just "rust-prevent" them(prime/paint).
good try with the pics, but they are a little big...i think he knew his were bigger

I re-sized them and they saved correctly and they were smaller before but I guess now back to the old size. I'll get it worked out lol.

The one I bought I shaved it down and punctured the path the fluid travels through near the top of the sprayer, it's garbage now :(
Gonna see tomorrow about the best option for making the hole bigger.

My stock one's had a good spray pattern and worked great, when I swapped hoods it came with one that no nozzle on it, like 90% was broken off making it impossible to keep the hose to stay on it for any length of time...

The washer nozzles in your 1st post have a terrible spray pattern, I know because my car came with the same 2 hole style. I got some ES330 washer nozzles and the difference is night and day.

Those are the same ones as the newer Camry. Pre 89 washers and 89+ washers are different, if you're 89+, the Camry ones are plug and play..

however, none of my Supras have washers that work the way they should, on my 89, only the rear worked, on my 86.5, I can only spray the front ones if I use the rear washer switch, and then sometimes, fluid pours out the rear one only randomly, and the headlight washers don't work, and finally on my 92, only my rear one works as well..!!
