i have an 87 supra and im trying to put a 92 steering wheel in and the 87 has 3 pins and the 92 has 4 pins plus the other 4 where the airbag is all i want is the horn to work so does anyone know what wires i splice and conect?

On a '92 the horn wire is a single Blue with a red stripe wire. It provides the negative back to the coil of the horn relay. So, touching this wire to any ground point blows the horn by energizing the horn relay.

well i didnt have a red and blue wire but i had a

white with black stripe
red
black
white

i already put it back together but i have the black as the horn since its the only wire coming from where the horn button is and ha have the white with black strip and red wire in the same spots as the 87 for the cruse control and theres the white wire that i think is the ground wire so i got tape and rapped it up so it woundnt touch anything.

o ya SupraMikeCT the 87 is blue red and white/black not the 92
