when my friends were helping me take my intake manifold off they cut some where. now im putting it back together and im not 100% sure where they go. one is a brown wire, and i think it goes to the knock sensor by the starter.
the other is a thick gray wire, its running beside the harness all the way until it goes into the car. i have no idea what it connects to. any help is appreciated

can you trace back the 2 cut wires? i have rewired knock sensor wires if you need them and poke your friend in the eye.

Arnt the knock sensors transparent wires? or is that only at the ecu?

theres only 2 knock sensors isnt there? like i said im pretty sure that brown wire is the knock sensor by the starter. they cut it cuz they couldnt get it out. so what knock sensor would the gray wire run to? the forward one has its plug still attached to the harness

why would you wanna take it out? plus the knock sensors have plugs that you squeez and pull out the plug..

if you have a turbo you have 2 sensors if you have n/a you will have 1 sensor.
