Great info! Now i need to search to see what I can get rid of when going single with AEM Infinity and if I still need resistors when removing the vsv's. Anyone care to chime in and help me out?

After all of the work i've done on used/Fed harnesses, I wish I woulda just done this. Any new updates (links to photos/tips/write ups??

I'm working with Yazaki, I'm hoping to be able to make the terminals readily available. Dr. Tweak at Phoenix tuning has them for $1.00 a piece, but he didn't respond to my phone calls once I was ready to order. Odd...

Here is my latest order:

Does anyone know the part/connector number for the wastegate vsv? I didn't knew I could use that to plug into a 4-port Mac solenoid, and cutted mine off.

Yes Need VSV part number please?! Also is there anyone else that sells these other than toyota? Is there a sumitomo part number instead of having to go though toyota sort of like the delphi connectors that are readily available on the internet.

Also I know for sure that some of these connectors are used on the supra.

at the bottem the triple wire one is used on the mk3 for ABS.

https://www.wirecare.com/ is an excellent source for wiring assessories, but I haven't found a great place for actual wire yet.. I was using amazon for that, but i'm sure there is somewhere better... There are kits on amazon for 10 colors of 20 AWG /18 AWG for 50$, helps instead of just using one color...

Also just found this.

And the source....

also this..

Going to take time to piece it all together, but I'm sure we can get there.

Finally somewhere to order the parts from in texas...

I think the only connector I've never found was the O2 sensor connector, until recently someone posted a link to one. This is for the MKIII though, does the MKIV VSV match up with anything in that link?

I always thought Tweak's was a ripoff, $1.00 for each terminal was ridiculous. Other sites were way WAY cheaper for the same part, and when you're buying multiple pieces everything adds up. I see his site is solely harnesses and patch harnesses now.

BTW all the sumitomo type and Yazaki type are pretty much all the connectors on the 2jz engine.

Again found here.

Guys, check out my build thread for alot of wiring info. I built my engine harness from scratch and have linked some sources for the connectors, loose terminals, wire seals, wire, etc. Hope this helps!

panicwire.com should have most if not all the 2jz plugs/pins in stock -- he also builds engine harnesses for a very reasonable price

Does anyone have a direct link to ordering terminal pins or will I have to phone call these performance shops/previous weblinks and order them?

http://www.autosportwiring.com/ sells the ECU terminals, you just have to email them.

Or you can order Toyota OEM P/N# 82998-24060, you can buy it at any Toyota dealer. it's quite expensive at $5 each, but they are gold plated. depending on how many pins you are repairing....
