They show up on eBay from time to time. That's where I got my last one along with a CFS copper brass radiator. You can use a 89 to 92 shroud in the earlier cars even though they only have one auxiliary fan. That's what I have. It took me a long time to know that there was a lower strip and clips. I found one in a parts yard years ago. Here are some part numbers

16711-42010 Main shroud (86.5-88)
16711-42060 Main shroud (89-92)
16702-42010 Lower (No.2) shroud (thin strip held on by 2 clips)

Believe it or not toyota still has the shrouds brand new. I bought a complete set about a year ago and definitely worth it. And they are not that expensive. Most used shrouds are old, brittle, cracked and beat up. People like to lean on them while working on the car and or inspecting things. I catch myself doing it sometimes.
