I'm wondering if I should buy one of these new but cheap-looking AFM sensors that supposedly work on my car. They say that they work on an 88' Turbo but they don't have the same KV sensor and instead have wires. I wonder if these are questionable at best or if anyone has ever used one successfully.

I've been looking at some auto recycling places but have not had the fortune of stumbling upon any sensors from either another supra or any of the compatible Lexus vehicles. If I have to I will buy a used one off eBay, but I am just wondering if there were any new ones that are actually KV or if the wired ones actually worked.

Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

For example: This is under 22204-42011 which is for lexus but some people have mentioned they work on mk3 since they have the same electronics. This sensor, however, is not the same as it has wires.

I already bought one on eBay that works well. And unfortunately I'm in CA

you can buy them new or send a know broken one to cardone and they will just put a new box on it that's brand new
