87' 7mge. Been whining for a few days. Starting to become tough to turn. Fine once I get going but when reversing and driving away at first it's very tough. Fluid doesn't look low, no debris either. Looks pretty clean. I was told to replace the P/S fluid with ATF. I'm being told the whining is the pump itself. Apparently it's going out.
