I have my E-01 datalogging the WB too. (PLX type.)
You just hook up the wires, and assign the 1 to 5 volt range, and the conversion from 10:1 to 20:1 AF ratios, and it does the rest. (Accurate as the PLX from what I can tell, it reads the same exact numbers all the time.)
My car is down right now, and my WB quit working when I did get it back for 350 miles. (I think they screwed up a wire actually, but I can't be sure, it was working when I went in, and now it's not.) I'm going to try a new sensor, as possibly the engine failure could have screwed up the sensor? IDK.)
The E-01 manual tells you what you need to do on the sensor input and values to assign etc.
