She is up and running!!!
Doing all of the final touches last weekend and I discovered all the little things you CAN NOT do on a stock ECU Supra.
#1 IAC valve MUST be recirculated (the car won't even idle if this is not done)
#2 VTA BOV's are a no no, unless you want to crank up your idle to 900-1000 rpm all the time and the car will still almost stall on decel.
#3 Any leak after the MAF will cause the car to run like UDDER CRAP. It will surge and misfire like crazy!!!

Once I was able to correct all these issues and replace all the burnt up coil wires the car runs, idles, and drives like a dream. This was my first time driving an auto Supra and I loved it. Its great to just sit back and let the car do all the shifting. And once you get into boost the power is so smooth and controllable, its pretty cool to have the car shift and no loss of boost or power. In short this car is a blast!!!

Here are some pictures of the ignition wiring and the completed engine bay. ENJOY!

Nice build .. Good luck.

Bob, let me know how the treadstone + precision 39 is at controlling boost, creep, etc. I'm planning on doing the same setup for my car. Also what A/R did you go with for the turbo?

You have to port out the manifold quite a bit. The hot side A/R is 1.00 and it's divided for the QSV. I would have gone with something smaller if it was a single scroll

I'm also doing the same set up with my car minus the quick spool valve. I have a cast godspeed manifold I'm going to try out with a the 39mm precision. Had it matched as best as possible with the machine shop I use. I thought it came out pretty good.

Set up is going on next saturday and should be tuned a couple days after.

Nice work, congrats and good luck with it.

My Turbonetics cast was ported on the wastegate connection (as supplied by Induction Motorsports) and it never creeped with the HKS 60mm GT wastegate that came with that setup.

Wow, nice work, and it didn't take you long to sort out. Do you think you'll run it off e85 since it's readily available in your area?
The next big round of upgrades for this car will most likely include a ProEFI stand alone with a flex fuel sensor. So definitely it will be an E85 Supra

Very nice build. I keep trying to get me wife to let me buy her a MKIV but she just does not have the love for them I do. :(
