HI, does anyone know what the torque spec is for the turbo oil feed banjo bolt?
I'm assuming the hole on the banjo needs to be perfectly aligned so the turbo's get the proper flow?

i have hand tightened it to about 20lbs.
I have a small leak on #2 turbo, maybe the copper washer is bad or not aligned?

Its a fresh motor, and upon firing it up , i noticed a nice leak.

That's all the leaks I've encountered so far.

I always replaced the crush washers, just as a matter of course, when reinstalling any bolts that use them, be it brakes, or fuel/oil lines. Such cheap insurance

Regarding the torque settings, I cannot help you there, unfortunately, but I wouldn't go over tightening it, incase you cause damage to the threads.

FSM says 29 foot-pounds...and use new crush washers.

Now the question is what is the pt# for the crush washers? Called a few Toyota places, and they both sent aluminum , not copper.
I even did a search and the online catalog doesn't show the washer, only the oil feed line and surrounding area.
I will go to the local shop and see what I can find.

Thanks!!!!
