Best place to hook up boost guage light?

Hey, I was wondering if someone can tell me the best place to tap in or hook up your electrical on an aftermarket boost guage. I have an autometer and it works fine but I haven't hooked up the electrical(light) up yet, so yah it kinda sucks at night when I can't see it!!!

I put mine in the spot where the cig lighter was and used its switched power supply.

Thanks, now that I think about it though I want it close to the steering wheel,ignition area. What about the fuze box on the drivers floor left? anyone know if that's a good place or how to hook it up there??

wire it into the fuse panel , use the fuse marked "TAIL"

yeah just tap into the fuse panel..you'll get light from there lol..

Running a lead to the ash tray lightbulb is easy too, goes on with the marker/headilghts.
