I think it'd be a great idea to have a thread to have a reference point by. I'm having a hard time finding clean pictures of a specific LED color. I'm sure others have too. My idea is to have a quick accessible variation outline so it's easier to compare and choose.

If you can, please take a straight shot of the cluster, and another clear shot of the HVAC.

Once the pics get posted,, I'll edit/post them here on the first post. I'm subscribed to the thread.

I ended up doing my cluster in green.

Now mind you, i tried redoing the white balance 3 times and the color simply doesnt show correctly in pictures =/ the best way i had to show the accurate color in my car was to edit it in photoshop by increasing contrast and throwing an instagram filter on it (yes i know how incredibly stupid that sounds) regardless here are my results.

This is how it shows up in pictures (not accurate in person depiction)

This is a bit more accurate as it matches my innovate wideband. Its more so of an emerald green and not so much a lime green

I don't have any pictures yet, but I'll post some as soon as everything is installed.
This is what I went with:
Gauge Cluster - White
AC Unit - Blue, white & red temp dial / white fan dial/ all white buttons with white indicators except for the OFF button which is red with red indicator & the A/C button in blue with blue indicator
Ignition ring - Red

Sweet! I will update my post when you're good to go.

Even though it is a bit harder to go through the LED CONVERSION Sticky has multiple pictures of different color HVAC/Cluster units.
I went through that whole thread. Half the pics are ok, the other half is bad. A lot of white, the only green posted wasn't too great of a pic, saw some blue, but the picture quality wasn't that great, didn't see any other colors other than those. It'd be great to click on here, and BAM, get a quick outline.

Thanks GodeepGTS11!!

Thanks for the kind words... Please PM Stu Hagen for these gauges. You'd have to ship your gauge cluster and HVAC controls (if you want these done as well) to Stu and he'll refurbish everything and retrofit them with LEDs. This single mod atleast took away 10yrs of age out of that interior!!! One of the best mods I've ever done!!

Just cash and your gauge cluster. If you are going to do your HVAC then you'll have to send him your HVAC buttons and and he will replace all the old buttons with new OEM ones as well. PM Stu and he will give you all the details. I got it done about 2 years ago so prices might be a bit higher than before as the OEM stuff alone has gone up about 18%... :(

What was the turn around on the led conversion?
I've got some reverse indiglow gauges that I'd like to pawn off and go with some LEDs. Time isn't critical if it's several weeks. Several months might preclude me from farming out the conversion.

Care to ball park the gauge and hvac cost?

Sorry for the delay in my response... I got my dash done almost 2yrs ago at this point... I would suggest you contact Stu for the latest pricing. As for the turn around time it's within a month I believe depending on how backed up Stu is...

I must say, when I received my gauges from Stu today and plugged them in, I was utterly speechless! These pictures do not do them even a small percentage of justice! Mine look just like the setup "jdmuscle" has. Well, well worth the money! :D
