I have used the search bar and I've read that ill need 20ft of hose but is that 20ft from fuel tank to fuel rail or 20 ft from tank to fuel rail and back? as im planning to use -10an feed line and -8an for return line

Yes sir E85 cars. 3 Hellcat pumps on the 1300whp car and multiple 1100-1200whp setups on 2 pumps, all using single -8 feed and -6 return. I’m building a 1500+whp Supra right now and am using single -10 for that one.

Too big means more expense on fittings, usually by about 30% from my findings. I'm currently running -10AN feed and -8AN return for my 1000rwhp+ build. I can tell you now, trying to run a -10AN teflon line over the diff without it kinking is almost impossible.

I'm purchasing a PHR Y block with a -10 to 2x -8's. The -10AN runs to just in front of the diff where I split it into two -8's that bolt up to the -8's on the PHR pump hanger.

You could potentially use fittings to help turn the corners without bending...

Hey man, I've been running a single -10 feed and -8 return for years, (massive, massive overkill for my set up ) and I never managed to kink the line over the diff at all. It can be done. Sorry I don't have photos to share unfortunately but I am currently pissing the braided lines off and going -10 feed, -8 return anodised hard lines.

The bend in the shorter length of pipe here is -10AN, this section of tube has been kinked just getting around this radius. It's nice to have the -10AN for the filter and the Y block connection to the fuel rail... If you need the flow -10 provides, perhaps look at splitting it like I have at the rear to -8's to save yourself the hassle.

I'd caution against using any more fittings than necessary in a fuel line, as each additional connection is a potential leak / failure point. Make sure you can see them, wherever you put fittings... fuel leaks are no small matter, after all. A wise old one once had in his forum signature, "Having a little fuel leak is like being a little pregnant. Sooner or later it will end in tears." ;)
