Whats the highest psi are you guys running on your na-t with stock HG??

not enough psi for you not to just go ahead and to the headgasket swap :)

but in all reality if your just turboing for the first time, you can run 8-10 safely with a good tune, that should keep you happy for a while untill you get boost thirsty, happens to everyone :)

7-8psi here for about a year and a half now. Still pretty fun, but I can't keep up with a BPU on the freeway. I've been wanting to install a boost solenoid along with my W-M injecection kit and run about 12psi. I figure that would get me up to a healthy bpu level.

The simplest way would be to just go ahead and put a bigger headgastket on. Its not that hard to do. But depending on how big of injectors and what you are already using to tune, then yes a better fuel management system and possibly bigger injectors may be needed as well. But for right now, the headgasket is what is gonna hold you back the most.
