Don't waste your time ordering from this company. The prices and selection is very enticing but customer service and turn around time are horrible. I placed an order on 08/02/2007 for some miscellaneous parts. The ship date stated 08/16/2007. I was in no hurry or I would have bugged them to ship my parts out sooner. The 16th came and went with no other update and no parts in my hand. I kindly inquired about my parts and noted that many of my friends are willing to order from them depending on the outcome of my order. A representative e-mailed me back stating that they are canceling my order and issuing me a refund. They stated that the delay was supposedly due to a recent event that they had to attend and that I did not had to mention about my pending 'review' of their company as leverage. My point is, abide by what your company states as its shipping date and constant updates on the status of the order would had been suffice. I guess my experience mirrors many people’s experience from the Australian Supra Forum.

I agree 100%. That guy is horrible. A friend of mine with an R33 Skyline ordered about ~$8k in parts from him. In the end, ~$1k of stuff was missing and never came through (greddy IM, injectors, etc). The worst part is the guy took something ridiculous like 8-9 months to get him everything except the missing parts, and the whole time he had nothing but excuses and various explanations of why it was taking so long. I honestly think the guy must have spent the money after receiving it and had to save up to buy most of the components or something. ;) Who knows. All I do know is I would much rather order from some place like Taka Kaira, Green Line, etc that are supposedly much more reliable.

Ordered many parts from them as well and never had a problem, I have also never read anything bad about them on the AU forums.

I guess the only thing I could possibly think of to complain about them was the wait on a power fc pro that was about 4-6 months but this was a special order part and hey Japan is on holidays every second week which makes things hard.

You sound like another impatient t00l to me..

I've ordered with the PLENTY of times and had NO issues. They do take a while but if you're not that patient customer.. You're not gonna be happy.

They are not shady at all. Many GT-R guys here in the states also order through them with success.
