Hey guys,

Garth from Undercover Performance has been working on my NA-T MKIV Supra for the past couple years. My experience has been nothing less than FANTASTIC. I am in the process now of upgrading a few parts from my old build. I will update the thread with photos as we progress.

New plan for 2012:
1. Install a full VVTI COP ignition swap (adios ugly distributor cap)
2. Pull motor and have a full engine bay re-spray and wire tuck
3. Install new turbo goodies - TiAL 44mm WG, SRT Tubular Manifold, .81 Twin Scroll Exhaust Housing
4. Install new GS400 pumpkin with my BNIB Toyota TRD LSD - nom nom nom
5. Re-tune and break 600 whp on pump gas
6. ABS delete with XRP lines and fittings
7. Install S2000 seats onto Supra seat brackets
8. Install custom shifter bushings
9. Relocate Billion Power Steering Reservoir and Greddy Radiator Breather
10. Install custom catch can with -10 AN SS lines - can be done once ABS is removed

The W58 is still holding fine with my RPS Max Street Disc. I am looking to upgrade to a twin disc because from what I've heard/read they can be a W58 transmissions best friend. Anyway, in my opinion the clutches lifespan depends on a few things:

1. Amount of torque/horsepower
2. Driving style - if you beat on it all day and launch it from a dig constantly, then yes it will blow up like the rest of the W58 drivers out there
3. Ability to actually drive - some people love to just slam the gears in a W58, but in all honesty just shift a little slower and smoother and let the HP of the Supra make up for the lack of slamming the gears

UPDATE: The build is 95% complete. Just waiting on a 90 degree aluminum butt weld to mount the turbo and then finish some welding to the exhaust.
